As an outsourced CFO and finance consultant, I support growing startups and VSEs in structuring and managing their financial function.

I typically work in contexts of structuring or maturity development, with the goal of ensuring the reliability of financial data and providing management with a clear and actionable view of their business.

My assignments often begin with an audit phase to identify weaknesses in existing processes (invoicing, payment tracking, expense management, accounting reliability, workflow organization). Based on this diagnosis, I propose and implement concrete solutions tailored to the company's challenges.

I notably support the implementation or optimization of Pennylane, by structuring workflows, configuring analytics, and aligning the tool with piloting needs. The objective is to transform accounting into a true management tool, reliable and usable in real-time.

I also handle the production of financial reports, including tracking revenue, margins, profit, and cash flow. I build analytical P&Ls and dashboards that allow management to steer their performance and make informed decisions.

Finally, I pay particular attention to process automation. By using connected tools and APIs, I implement systems to limit manual tasks, ensure data reliability, and improve operational efficiency.

This approach allows me to act both as the manager's financial right-hand man and as an operational structurer, with a strong focus on results and practical field experience.

After several years of in-depth use of the all-in-one Pennylane solution, I joined the ecosystem as a trainer, tasked with helping accounting firms get started with and optimize the tool.

I worked directly with teams (employees, assignment managers, chartered accountants) to secure Pennylane deployments and ensure its effective daily use. My role was to train on the platform's fundamentals (accounting, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, VAT), but also to share best practices for improving productivity and reliability.

Beyond pure training, I assisted firms in structuring their internal processes, particularly concerning client and supplier cycles, document management, closing organization, and the implementation of workflows adapted to their operations. The goal was to facilitate the transition to a digital environment and reduce manual tasks.

I also worked on more advanced topics such as the use of analytics, data exploitation for management, and the integration of Pennylane into existing tool ecosystems.

This experience allowed me to develop an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by accounting firms, particularly regarding productivity, standardization of practices, and change management.
