Context

Design, deployment, and industrialization of intelligent, distributed cloud platforms on AWS for the large-scale exploitation and valorization of clinical data. Integration of generative AI and LLM agent solutions to automate document analysis and improve scientific research in a secure, scalable, and data-oriented environment.

Achievements

Cloud Architecture & Automation – Design of cloud-native and serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, SQS) orchestrated via Terraform and Ansible. Management of multi-account environments using IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager. Deployment of Node.js / NestJS microservices exposing secure APIs. CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, monitoring via Grafana, Kibana, CloudWatch, Prometheus, SonarQube.

Data & Integration – Design of data lakes (S3, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, PostgreSQL) for ingestion and traceability. Integration of Kafka and SQS for asynchronous distribution. Optimization of performance and storage through indexing and distributed caching.

Generative AI & LLM – Deployment of an AI ecosystem on AWS Bedrock for the analysis, summarization, and classification of patents and clinical documents. Creation of Bedrock intelligent agents (Claude 3, Titan) orchestrated via Step Functions: query reformulation, API execution, interaction traceability. Implementation of a contextual prompting engine (RAG) and development of a scientific chatbot combining natural language understanding and LLM-enriched boolean search.

Context: Application for managing the loyalty system between group subsidiaries and partners. Achievements:

- Design and implementation of web services in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) capable of handling high-volume flows.

- Migration of modules from an On-Premise infrastructure to AWS Cloud.

- Development of APIs in Python Flask, Node.js, Java Spring, and Go to integrate microservices and manage inter-service communication.

- Creation of frontend applications and dashboards in Angular and Next.js for a fluid user experience.

- Implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to automate the deployment of AWS services (VPC, IAM, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, etc.).

- Automation of build, deployment, and testing processes with GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins, including robust workflows.

- Deployment and orchestration of containers with Docker and Kubernetes in a multi-region environment.

Context: Application for managing bank treasury at the middle office level. It allows banks to have a real-time view of liquidity evolution in their accounts. Achievements:

- Multithreaded development of REST APIs to provide liquidity flows.

- Implementation of HMIs in React.

- Design and implementation of an ETL for Data mining.

- Architecture design to ensure the scalability of the software factory.

- Implementation of DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, etc.).

- Data analysis in Spark.
