At Valorice, I have implemented a robust eLearning platform; I am responsible for the complete administration, management, and operation of the corporate eLearning platform developed in WordPress, using LearnDash as the LMS system and MySQL as the database engine.

My role is to ensure the platform's operational continuity, stability, and performance, allowing company personnel to securely and efficiently access their internal training programs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Complete administration of the eLearning platform based on WordPress and LearnDash.

• Management and maintenance of the MySQL database, including data integrity, optimization, and control of users, courses, and training records.

• Configuration, structuring, and updating of courses, lessons, assessments, and training content within the LMS.

• Specialized technical support in WordPress and LearnDash, resolving technical incidents, access issues, performance problems, and platform functionality.

• Monitoring of system performance, security, and availability, applying updates, improvements, and best practices.

• Technical management of users, permissions, roles, and organizational structure within the platform.

• Diagnosis and resolution of problems at the server, database, and application levels.

Thanks to this management, the company has a robust, stable, and scalable digital training platform, which ensures continuous staff training and reliable system operation.
