In a demanding and regulated banking environment, I supported a cross-functional delivery team responsible for the production releases of the entire BPCE group's application portfolio. My role combined agile management, technical coordination, and team dynamics facilitation within a Scrumban framework.

🎯 Main Mission:

Ensure the smooth running of delivery cycles, coordinate critical milestones (Go/No-Go), secure acceptance and production deployments, while maintaining rigorous governance and fluid communication between technical, business, and management teams.

Key Achievements:

Facilitation of agile ceremonies (daily, retrospectives, production release reviews), with a strong focus on workflow synchronization and friction point resolution.

Management of the global delivery plan (multi-application) anticipating technical constraints, freeze dates, and inter-system dependencies.

Supervision of key milestones: DAF/DAT validation, deployment plan verification, rollback procedures, alert escalation.

Organization and facilitation of delivery committees with technical, business, and security stakeholders.

Implementation of dashboards and regular reporting to management (progress indicators, alerts, points of attention).

Coordination with Mainframe and Cloud teams (OpenShift, Linux) to streamline integrations and minimize disruptions.

As part of the strategic Tissot Connected Watches program, I managed the agility of two mobile development teams (Android & iOS) integrated into an Agile Release Train (ART) structured according to the SAFe framework.

🎯 Main Mission:

Ensure the performance, fluidity, and ramp-up of product teams in a context of high technological and business stakes (high-end smartwatches, mobile-cloud synchronization, critical time-to-market).

Key Achievements:

Facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives), synchronized with the train's SAFe rituals: PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt…

Coaching the team and Product Owner in continuous improvement of velocity, predictability, and quality (reduction of critical bugs delivered by 35% in 2 quarters).

Facilitation of coordination between mobile, firmware, cloud, and design teams, in a multi-engine technical environment.

Coaching on agile practices, Definition of Ready/Done, backlog management, and dependency management.

Active support to the RTE on PI planning and cross-functional facilitation of train teams (60+ people).

Monitoring of critical deliverables, facilitation of alert meetings with stakeholders to secure product launch milestones.

For 3 years, I served as Scrum Master for two strategic product teams within Orange's Fiber Agile Release Train (ART). The products managed were at the core of the Fiber IS, with a strong operational impact on FTTH network deployment and supervision.

🎯 Main Mission:

Implement and facilitate SAFe agile practices from team formation, ensure synchronization with all train teams, facilitate product/business/tech interactions, and support team autonomy development.

Key Achievements:

Full implementation of the Scrum framework: ceremony facilitation, agile KPI tracking, team support in mastering practices.

Initial training of teams (onshore and offshore) in Scrum methodologies and the SAFe model, with the establishment of a DoR / DoD repository.

Facilitation of PI Plannings at the train level (60+ people), active participation in Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt Workshops.

Coordination of functional and technical dependencies between train teams, proactive risk and alert management.

Implementation of performance indicators (burndown, velocity, quality rate) with traceability on Jira/Xray and reporting automation.

Continuous improvement of collaboration with business teams and technical architects, with a constant focus on delivered business value.
