I provide scientific and technical expertise in GeoAI, Spatial Intelligence, Earth Observation, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for multidisciplinary projects addressing territorial, environmental, and urban challenges.

I assist public institutions, research organizations, and international partners in designing and implementing innovative geospatial solutions, with expertise covering:

I have participated in several international cooperation programs, including Erasmus+ projects, and contributed to strategic geomatics initiatives with organizations like R20 – Regions of Climate Action, as well as with public institutions, to support data-driven territorial planning and decision-making.

Conducting applied research in GIS, remote sensing, and spatial databases at the Algerian Space Agency.

Participation in national geospatial projects focused on:

transport and mobility;

urban planning;

environmental monitoring;

spatial decision support systems.

Collaboration with several public institutions for the development of geospatial decision-support platforms.

Representing the Algerian Space Agency at national scientific and technical events.

Lecturer-researcher and expert in geospatial technologies, spatial intelligence, and smart cities.

Head of a research team dedicated to Geospatial Technologies and Urban Computing for Smart Cities, specializing in the development of innovative solutions for urban, environmental, and territorial challenges.

Main activities:

Leading and managing a research team in GeoAI, Smart Cities, Urban Computing, and Spatial Data Science;

Conducting applied research in GIS, Earth Observation, spatial analysis, digital twins, and territorial intelligence;

Participating in and coordinating national and international projects, notably Erasmus+;

Supervising Master's theses, dissertations, and research projects in geospatial technologies;

Developing geospatial data-driven decision-support solutions for spatial planning, mobility, environment, public health, and sustainable development;

Member of scientific councils and academic committees.
