• Project management: coordination and supervision of teams of designers and engineers; task planning and monitoring of deliverables at each phase of the project.

Production of execution plans: supervision of the development of detailed plans (reservation plans, networks, detail books) in conjunction with the designers or direct execution depending on the scale of the project. -Consultation and purchasing: launching supplier consultations, techno-economic analysis of offers, negotiation and validation of materials in compliance with technical and budgetary constraints. -Work planning: development of provisional schedules, coordination of installation teams, progress monitoring and adjustment according to site hazards. -Site monitoring and reporting: active participation in site meetings, daily monitoring of work, management of unforeseen events, drafting of reports and regular reporting to the client or works director. -Quality control and compliance: supervision of tests and adjustments, control of the conformity of installations with the plans and the CCTP, preparation for acceptance.
