Management of hybrid projects (agile and classic) for the realization of administration-specific software (application forms) for nationwide and cross-state use. This included the development of customized specialist and funding procedures in the areas of energy saving, economic development, and export control, which are used internally for case processing. Furthermore, the activity includes the co-design of internal projects, such as secure integration into the Document Management System (DMS), the integration of authentication components in the context of the Online Access Act (OZG) – ELSTER / User Account Federal (NKB), as well as the analysis of the integration of internal specialist applications with the ERiC client (in the KONSENS context) to ensure the transmission of payment runs to tax offices. These projects use central components that were continuously optimized and adapted to new requirements. Agile methods were used in the development of frontend, backend, interfaces, and the integration of downstream systems. Another important component was the management of the Project Management Office (PMO) for the client, including the preparation, execution, and follow-up of weekly management meetings to review progress and resource utilization in ongoing projects.

Within this project, the focus was on the comprehensive digitization of existing workflows, with the aim of minimizing existing overlaps and making work processes more efficient and time-saving. The main goals of the project can be summarized in two essential points:

1. The digitization of work processes within the organization aims to eliminate existing communication interface complications between the systems already in use. This focus is intended to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.

2. Another main goal is the creation of a Proof of Concept (PoC) that demonstrates the application possibilities and usage options of the newly acquired tool. The focus here is on validating the practical applicability of the tool and simultaneously evaluating its potential for further use.

Tasks in the project:

• Analysis, conception, and realization of IT-supported business processes

OZG Program for the Digitization of Administration 11/2021 – 07/2022

As part of the project/program, the creation of an independent and overarching framework for the Online Access Act (OZG) was planned by developing standardized and factory-like work processes for the implementation of OZG services. Within this framework, individual services from the service catalog (LeiKa) were realized as online forms according to the standardized procedure and in coordination with the respective specialist department and the corresponding coordination offices.
