Mohammad Shehabi

Powertrain Engineer with over 3 years of experience in an OEM environment, specializing in e-DCT transmissions for internal combustion and hybrid powertrains. My background combines solid experience in calibration, systems engineering, and data analysis, enabling me to effectively address complex issues, from development to validation.

As a former calibration engineer, I worked on CANape measurement analysis, shift quality assessment (jerk, slip, overlap, shift time), clutch behavior, and torque coordination, during both development and validation phases. This hands-on experience allows me to bring real added value in interpreting results and identifying root causes.

As a systems engineer, I am involved in defining, managing, and reviewing requirements (Polarion), ensuring SYS ↔ SW ↔ test traceability, functional validation, and system documentation within a V-model framework. I also have proven experience in industrial performance management, implementing dashboards and improving KPIs such as Direct Run Rate and cycle time for end-of-line (EOL) test benches.

Thanks to my strong command of Python (and good practice with MATLAB), I develop automation tools for analysis and reporting, which improve result reliability, reduce processing times, and enhance analysis repeatability.
