As a DevSecOps and Cloud instructor, I designed, delivered, and continuously improved training programs for aspiring engineers, upskilling professionals, and career switchers. My work focused on building strong, job-ready skills in modern IT operations, cloud engineering, and infrastructure automation.

Key Contributions & Achievements:

• Delivered high-impact courses on DevSecOps, Cloud Computing, Infrastructure as Code, and SRE across leading French tech institutions.

• Modernized and rebuilt the entire DevOps bootcamp curriculum, aligning it with industry best practices and in-demand certification tracks.

• Trained students for top Cloud certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Associate & Professional).

• Designed hands-on labs and real-world projects covering:

– Cloud Architecture (IAM, networking, VPC design, load balancing, security)

– DevOps & SRE tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, Helm, ArgoCD

I was responsible for the planning, execution, and documentation of this project. I also sought to deepen my knowledge by taking online courses and participating in DevOps communities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

This project allowed me to develop a solid foundation of technical skills in DevOps, gain confidence in implementing automation and deployment solutions.

- Automation of infrastructure provisioning and deployment using tools like Terraform on Azure

- Implementation of the CI/CD chain on GitLab CI, dockerization of build and run environments, Orchestration of different environments on Kubernetes,

- Deployment and Configuration Automation of different stacks (LAMP, Apache Solr, Nginx) with Ansible

- Implementation in different availability zones to ensure high availability,

- Design and implementation of a microservices architecture

- Unite the integration logic for the new platform, evaluate gaps compared to existing code

- Participation in interviews and in-depth analyses to understand business needs.

Deployment of a WEB javascript application:

As a DevOps engineer, I undertook several freelance projects to gain practical experience in the field. My main goal was to familiarize myself with DevOps principles and tools and the Cloud environment, and to develop my technical skills in this area by working on concrete projects with a more experienced Tech Lead.

- Dockerization of build and test tasks for a node.js application package and release of npm packages

- Support the development team by providing the CI/CD infrastructure

- Maintenance and deployment of AWS infrastructure with Terraform and Configuration with Ansible

- Automation of the deployment of EC2 instances, RDS databases, S3 buckets, VPC virtual networks, monitoring with CloudWatch, and identity and access management (IAM) using Terraform
