The goal was to provide stakeholders in the agricultural sector with a reliable and visual tool to anticipate production trends and support strategic decision-making.

    Missions carried out

    Data Collection & Preparation: Cleaned and structured historical agricultural data (dataclean.csv) to ensure analysis quality.

    Predictive Modeling:

    • Used Facebook Prophet to model and predict production evolution.
    • Optimized parameters to improve accuracy (MAE, RMSE, R²).
    • Generated annual forecasts up to 2040.

    User Interface Development:

    • Created an intuitive Streamlit application with multi-page navigation (History, Forecasts, Home).
    • Integrated interactive filters (product, year range).
    • Displayed key statistics (average, min, max, growth).
    • Graphical visualization with Matplotlib and export to CSV/PNG format.
    *Comparison and Analysis:Automatically calculated the variation between the last historical value and the first forecast to measure the expected impact.

    *Deployment:Deployed the application on Streamlit Cloud.
