Management and deployment of an IoT and SaaS multi-product portfolio for industrial clients.

Tasks:

• Definition of product vision: strategic roadmap, in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Adaptation and integration of key SaaS solutions (Infrastructure Supervision, OEE, CBM) to the client's business context.

• Functional scoping: according to client needs and field constraints.

• Installation and commissioning of IoT equipment on client site: Gateway configuration, interfacing with existing systems, functional testing.

• Customization of supervision dashboards for performance monitoring and alerts.

• Configuration of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) based on production schedules and machine downtime.

• Implementation of CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) to leverage data from the first two products and trigger preventive/predictive maintenance.

• Project planning and monitoring: lot management, coordination with technical and business teams, milestone tracking and reporting.

• Multi-project budget tracking: development and monitoring of project budgets, resource adjustment, financial reporting to management.

• Training, Workshop facilitation, and user support: identify needs, prioritize developments, and resolve issues, develop training materials, sessions in French and English, post-deployment support.

• Flagship project (Energy Digitalization): Multi-site supervision of biomass systems. Scoping of functional perimeter, writing of specifications, and budget tracking.

• Multi-protocol integration: Data acquisition via TCP/IP (boilers), Modbus (energy meters), and analog signals (Temperature/Pressure).

• Communication architecture: Data aggregation via BLE on industrial Raspberry Pi and secure transmission in MQTTS to the SaaS platform.

• Dashboard customization: Design of interfaces adapted for Technicians (real-time), Maintenance Managers (preventive alerts), and Management (performance KPIs).

• Coordination & Training: Stakeholder management (suppliers, service providers), end-user training.
