MustCompliance is a regulatory compliance management platform for real estate professionals. The project aims to digitize and automate compliance processes, including document management, validation workflows, regulatory controls, and internal audits. As Test Lead, I was responsible for structuring the entire QA approach, selecting tools, establishing repositories, and industrializing tests.

Context:

In charge of Testing and Validation and Test Lead on several projects, in direct contact with the business team, I worked on multiple projects including Operis and Operis cash (treasury project), E-sign (electronic signature), Vide grenier (online sales), Pave and AQC (billing project), Industry and Connected Factory (real-time factory operation project) for the EIFFAGE group.

Missions:

• Design and update test plans and strategies related to evolutions as well as non-regression tests

• Contribute to the Acceptance Testing strategy

• Develop & write the Test plan

• Create the test environment and datasets

• Write the specifications document

• Test automation

• Qualify and track anomalies using Azure DevOps

• Execute Tests

• Analyze test results and related control points

• Analyze and diagnose malfunctions

• Report anomalies to the involved engineering teams and ensure follow-up of corrections (via frequent meetings if necessary)

• Validate corrections and ensure end-to-end execution of test scenarios

• Monitor test coverage progress

• Provide ongoing progress reports for test campaigns and a final report recommending a GO or NO GO for the project's Production deployment

Expected Deliverable: Validation campaign report including progress information, compliance, and critical issues (anomalies or other malfunctions).

Context:

Responsible for Testing and Validation, in direct contact with IT teams and Business teams, my role is to manage and VALIDATE test plans for the ARAMEX group (company specializing in online sales and air, land, and sea transport).
