I integrated the data from three companies into a unified Microsoft Fabric semantic model for financial and production analysis. This allowed me to provide a self-service reporting environment for 30 users in a standardized and governance-compliant Power BI workspace. Additionally, I automated the ETL processes, resulting in an 85% time saving and a reduction of five full-time equivalent roles in manual reporting effort. By implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and a structured authorization concept, data security was enhanced and transparency in data management improved.
