• • Own the related customer appeals program end to end: authored the SOPs, handle sensitive and legal escalations, and coordinate customer-facing responses with Legal and PR.

• • Built two GenAI tools, solo, now in production with the appeals team (multilingual triage and text-to-SQL deep research), cuting per-case handling from 5-20 minutes to about 1 minute.

• • Accessibility (EAA): org point of contact in the company-wide readiness program; closed 445+ defects ahead of the June 2025 EU deadline; owned exception governance and embedded accessibility gates into launch-readiness reviews.

• • Privacy SPOC for 5+ years; aligned 36 stakeholders on a 30-day data-retention policy replacing indefinite retention.

• • Led two consecutive annual planning cycles end to end for an 8-team org (about 30 senior contributors, about 150 people downstream).

Mobile observability engineering at Dynatrace (joined pre-IPO, stayed through the August 2019 IPO).

• • Refactored the iOS agent toward a modular, testable architecture that became the basis for subsequent platform expansion.

• • Owned mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, Jenkins) and reduced release cycles by about 40%.

• • Solo-shipped tvOS instrumentation for the agent and extended platform support to React Native.

• • Built runtime instrumentation for the iOS and tvOS agents using Objective-C method swizzling, capturing UI, networking, and lifecycle analytics from host apps without customer code changes (real-user monitoring).

Engineering manager for mobile at Egypt's leading real-estate marketplace. Eighth hire; helped scale the company from about 8 to about 200 people across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

• • Built the mobile team from zero to 4 engineers (2 iOS, 2 Android); owned hiring end to end plus 1:1s, reviews, promotions, and coaching; 100% retention across tenure.

• • Took the iOS app to a top-10 ranking on the Egypt App Store with 50k+ users.

• • Doubled session duration (2.0 to 4.5 minutes) and lifted push-notification opt-in from about 30% to about 64% through onboarding and consent redesign and A/B testing (Optimizely, Google Analytics, Flurry).

• • Defined all mobile-to-backend API requirements and interfaces with the backend team.
