The objective of this mission was mainly to migrate part of the application built on Symfony version 2.8, as well as a legacy built on native PHP5.4, to an application based on a modular monolith and DDD, all on Symfony version 5.4 and API Platform version 2.6.
My team was responsible for managing real estate agents. In addition to the migration, we also had to meet the different evolution needs of certain services.

Following the departure of a member of the payment and billing squad at Upply, I was hired to take over. In this first team, we were responsible for designing the different workflows necessary for the payment process (payment, billing, portfolio management, etc.).
Secondly, I was assigned to the marketplace team. We were responsible for the entire process of connecting carriers and shippers. Our responsibility was to create the different routes/endpoints necessary for communication with the front-end team. The API was mainly based on a matching algorithm that matched an offer and a demand according to several criteria. Before I joined this team, the matching algorithm was mainly done in raw PHP. One of my biggest tasks was to find a solution to the different constraints that prevented us from doing it through mongoDB aggregations.
Finally, I wanted to touch the front-end a bit. This allowed me to work on both the back-end and the front-end in parallel, so I was able to take charge of ReactJS by developing several components and setting myself many challenges. We were agile on this project with a scrum master per team.
This was clearly my best experience. A great team that allowed me to grow and that especially didn't hesitate to trust me.

For this mission, there were only 2 of us plus a Product Owner. We were responsible for a complete overhaul (Back & Front) of the company's intranet. It was a monolithic application. We had to create all the pages using Twig and JQuery for the front-end. We had to use the easyAdminBundle bundle as a base and customize everything.
