- Develops design studies in accordance with the specifications.

- Writing calculation notes, PMC, technical specifications and other documents (MTO, Data Sheets, RFQ, DW, etc.) During the study phase, with continuous updating according to project developments and customer feedback.

- Collaboration with designers after the development of plans (isometric, GAD, UG, sections, details, etc.), under AutoCad Plant 3D, in order to optimize the layouts of the lines and the location of the supports.

- Performing technical comparisons and preparing requisitions for the purchase of suitable equipment.

- Modeling and creation of 3D model Under Autocad Plant 3D, with export to Navisworks for project reviews.

• Establish the engineering of piping and equipment in power plants and

apply the codes and standards in force relating to the design of piping installations.

• Preparation of piping routing plans (Routing), sections and details. As well as Isometric plans and P&ID diagrams, under Autocad Plant 3D.

• Modeling and creation of 3D model Under Autocad Plant 3D with export to Navisworks for design reviews.

• Development of piping calculation notes, technical specifications, material quantities (BOM) and PMC documents.

• Conducting technical evaluations, comparisons of supplier offers and assistance to the

procurement department.

• Collaborate with other departments (electricity, instrumentation, civil engineering, etc.).

• Supervision and technical assistance to the mechanical construction team during the installation phases of GRP piping, ensuring that the work complies with international codes and standards, as well as current regulations.

• Verification and updating of isometric plans (AS-BUILT).

• Prepare mechanical assembly files: general plans, detail plans, technical specifications, etc.

• Supervision and participation in customer and quality department inspections during all

installation phases, including visual inspections, hardness tests (Barcol), as well as hydraulic and hydrostatic tests.

• Coordination between the client, the project owner and the subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of the project.
