My involvement optimized operations and ensured reliable services, supporting the company's digital transformation goals.

Context: As a Production Engineer, I actively participated in major projects aimed at modernizing and optimizing IT infrastructure. I was involved in the 'PAAS v4' and 'Move to Cloud' projects, whose main objective was the migration of critical applications to cloud infrastructures, while ensuring their performance and security. These projects involved analyzing existing environments, designing private cloud architectures, and implementing automation solutions to facilitate deployments. My role also included managing the transition to these new infrastructures, in collaboration with RUN and development teams, to ensure a smooth migration while minimizing service interruptions. Responsibilities:

• Application integration and operation within the framework of evolutions and projects.

• Automation of deployments (legacy applications && cloud native applications) via Ansible on IBM Cloud.

• Creation or updating of technical and application environments on cloud technologies like VM, containerized cloud (Kubernetes).

• Execution of all technical tasks for application installation or updates.

• Updating operating procedures and contributing to knowledge base transfer.

• Participation in incident diagnostics.

• Proposing optimization and industrialization avenues.

• Ensuring the implementation of group best practices and standards.

Technical Environment: Ansible, Gitlab, Sonatype Nexus, Jfrog Artifactory, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Helm, Windows, Sysdig.

Context: As a Systems Administrator, I managed all IT infrastructures, ensuring the availability, security, and optimization of systems within the IT department. This role allowed me to gain in-depth experience in managing heterogeneous environments (Linux, Windows) and branded servers (IBM, Dell, HP), as well as in automating IT operations using tools like Ansible and Shell scripts. I was also heavily involved in implementing monitoring solutions to anticipate and resolve incidents before they impacted users. This experience strengthened my skills in system performance management and system administration process optimization. Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, updating, testing, and maintenance of operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, Windows) and application software.

• Operational readiness of branded servers such as IBM, DELL PowerEdge, and HP ProLiant, ensuring their performance and security.

• Creation of Shell scripts and Ansible roles to automate common operations, analyze performance, optimize existing configurations, and ensure the efficiency of IT processes.

• Management of backup plans, redundancy systems, and failover strategies (via Veeam, VM snapshots, database backups), adhering to RTO and RPO objectives.

• Regular technical reporting to technical managers, including KPI tracking and updating the infrastructure's technical repository for rigorous and transparent management.

• Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, including incident management and infrastructure-related problem resolution.
