As an IT project manager, I develop and manage IT projects in their entirety, from needs definition to implementation, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. I organize and track projects effectively using tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Gantt Project, and I supervise the students and collaborators involved.

I design and manage the technical and educational infrastructure, while proposing solutions tailored to the company's needs. I ensure collaboration with experts to define and implement innovative programs in development, cybersecurity, and systems management, guaranteeing cutting-edge training.

Furthermore, I designed and deployed a Learning Management System (LMS) platform to facilitate access to educational resources and track student performance. I also deploy new tools and organize training and awareness sessions for end-users to ensure optimal adoption.

As a teacher and trainer for the Ministry of National Education, I prepare students to excel in management and information technology. I teach them strategic and operational management, professional communication, as well as finance, marketing, and human resources management.

I also train them in Agile methodologies and IT project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project), cybersecurity (PSSI, networks, IDS/IPS, legal framework), complex project planning (DRP/BCP, PRI/PCI), and web development (HTML, CSS, JS).

By managing classes of 30 students and providing personalized support to apprentices, I transform each lesson and project into a concrete, innovative, and motivating experience, preparing students to meet the challenges of the professional world.

At Hermès, I supported the IT teams of European subsidiaries in preparing and monitoring network and cybersecurity audits, in close collaboration with dedicated teams. I analyzed penetration test reports, recommended and supervised corrective actions, while actively participating in defining the IT strategy and the group's roadmap.

I led the implementation of robust governance practices, particularly through the IAM (Identity and Access Management) project, strengthening rights security and the adoption of international standards. I oversaw the continuous improvement of local IT systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements and best practices issued by the group's information systems department.

In parallel, I trained and supported IT project managers and new employees in Europe through technical guides, deployed new tools, and organized awareness sessions to ensure the security and efficiency of end-users. I also managed budgets, coordinated service providers, and regularly communicated project progress to European IT and financial management.

My role was to ensure IT security, compliance, and governance, while facilitating collaboration between the group's various entities and departments, ensuring reliable and high-performing projects across Europe.
