Implementation of the Service Management module (HANA SERVICE)

• Management of technical objects (Machines and Fleets).

• Fleet and fuel management

• Service Order and Service Performance Management.

• On-site Service Process.

• In-House Repair Process

• Service Contracts Process

• Management of preventive maintenance, planned shutdowns, and resource optimization.

• Breakdown and unplanned shutdown management

• Generation of maintenance activity reports according to client needs.

• Area of intervention Module PM & HANA SERVICE:

• Participation in preparation for design workshops.

• Facilitation of design workshops for.

• Writing of design documents for PM and HANA SERVICE modules.

• Modeling and implementation of business processes to align with SAP standard.

• Configuration of the SAP S4/HANA system.

• Cut-Over implementation.

• Preparation of Test Scenarios.

• Management of JIRA tickets (Anomalies, change requests...)

• Implementation of the discrete production planning flow (MTO) and (MTS)

• Implementation of the scheduling flow and capacity management

• Implementation of the production execution flow

• MRP implementation

➢ Experience in configuring, setting up, and deploying SAP MRP solutions

➢ Expertise in MRP processes

➢ Excellent understanding of production planning, inventory management, and procurement concepts.

• Management of stock items, both stock-managed and non-stock-managed.

• Procurement and Purchasing processes.

• Inventory management, goods movements.

• Customization of standard reporting states and development of specific form states.

Participation in responding to tenders for PP, PM & MM modules.

Preparation of SAP demos for each module.

• Extraction of functional requirements from the specifications for PP, PM & MM Modules.

• Monitoring preparation for design workshops.

• Facilitation of design workshops for PP, PM & MM.

• Supervision of the writing of design documents for PP, PM & MM.

• Modeling of business processes to align with SAP standard.

(Systematic preventive maintenance process based on time and/or activity, Corrective and conditional maintenance process, Fleet management, Calibration of measuring equipment, and Refurbishment of spare parts, Inventory and goods movement management, Physical inventory, External services management).
