Senior techno-functional consultant, I have supported several divisions of large groups (EDF, Thales, Eramet) in optimizing their organizational models or during national/international program deployments.

Directly supporting management or ExCom members, or managing a PMO unit (up to +45 consultants under my direction), I primarily work in agile mode to ensure complete transparency in my work.

PhD candidate in macroeconomics specializing in monetary policy, I strive to provide my clients with a 360° view of the ecosystem in which they operate, in order to produce framing notes that are as close as possible to the reality of their end clients and the market.

I work:

- In project mode: assessment of internal and external risks/opportunities, completion of the full business plan, development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, user story writing, planning, etc.

- In run mode: dashboard creation, KPIs, management, team management, facilitation of steering committees/management committees, etc.
