✓ Deployment of a new Way of Working and monitor progress. ✓ Train stakeholders on the new forecasting method (based on Sell out). ✓ Analyze CPFR data and propose solutions and action plans in case of issues. ✓ Forecast accuracy follow-up (SMAPE) based on cumulative sell-in and sell-in (n-1). ✓ Team management and close monitoring with the offshore team. ✓ Roll out the new solution in 10 European countries (Workshops / analysis / Specific cases).
