As part of the development of the Evisiom platform, I act as the technical referent for a real-time video surveillance and image analysis-based package tracking solution.

The mission began in a sensitive context: the project had already experienced several unsuccessful attempts with external providers during the POC construction. The success of this POC was a condition imposed by the client to launch the project.

My intervention therefore consisted of taking over a struggling project, understanding the roadblocks, re-establishing technical structure, and delivering a sufficiently reliable foundation to regain client confidence.

Mission Challenges

• Take over a struggling POC and secure its technical feasibility.

• Identify the causes of previous failures: architecture, workflow, technical debt, lack of scope definition, or functional instability.

• Build a robust solution enabling the client to project themselves onto a real product, not just a fragile demonstration.

• Ensure consistency between business needs, real-time constraints, data security, and evidence exploitation.

• Technical and functional audit of the existing system to understand blocking points.

Kiraah is a multi-tenant B2B SaaS offering an application suite dedicated to document management, equipment and vehicle maintenance, internal request management, purchasing, inventory, DUERP audits, CRM, and project management.

In this context, I work on strategic applications for public institutions, notably the Paris Municipal Police, interacting with the Prefecture, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the National Police.

The projects concerned include:

• A recruitment application for Municipal Police officers;

• The SPIRAL application, dedicated to managing internal requests from officers: items, equipment, vehicles, etc.

As part of the Watchdoc solution deployment, I work with the Ministry of the Interior on managing and securing printing in a sensitive environment.

The mission involves leading the deployment and support of a fleet of Kyocera multifunction printers, with high requirements for security, confidentiality, service continuity, and integration into the existing information system.

Beyond technical support, my role is to identify incident sources, understand field constraints, and then propose reliable solutions to secure usage.

Mission Challenges

• Ensure the availability of a critical printing service for users.

• Secure printing workflows in a demanding institutional environment.

• Reduce recurring incidents by addressing root causes rather than symptoms.

• Coordinate actions between IT teams, service providers, users, and local managers.

• Ensure coherent integration of the solution into the existing infrastructure.

• Lead the deployment phases of the Watchdoc solution on the ministry's infrastructures.

• Configuration and administration of print servers under Windows Server.

• Setup and security of Kyocera equipment: badge authentication, PIN code, workflow management, quotas, and security rules.

• Advanced diagnostics of incidents related to secure printing workflows.

• Resolution of technical problems considering network, server, user, and security constraints.

• Coordination with local IT teams to ensure reliable integration into the IS.
