The objective was to correct the gaps identified in a 2024 audit on several applications that had not integrated personal data protection principles from the outset.Approach & MethodologyI oversaw the overall management of 8 domains and over 50 applications. Budget monitoring was carried out rigorously, including adjustments and trade-offs related to unforeseen events. Robust governance was established with the facilitation of steering committees (COPROJ, COPIL), the production of consolidated reports, proactive alert management, and the definition of corrective action plans.I coordinated Business Analysts and project teams: prioritizing tasks, managing dependencies, aligning schedules, and replanning to secure critical deliverables.
