I am Mohamed, a Fullstack Tech Lead with 13 years of experience on critical projects for major French companies: Thales (defense), Bibliothèque nationale de France, CNAMTS (health), CNSA, MGEN, RSI.

Most Tech Leads are single-framework. I am comfortable with both Vue.js 3 (Composition API, Vuetify, Pinia) and Angular (7 to 17+, RxJS, TypeScript). Depending on your context, I will help you choose and code in one or the other.

2️⃣ Pragmatic leadership

At Thales SIX, I worked within a team of 27 people (8 integrators, 18 developers). At BnF, I was the technical referent for 2 years. At CNAMTS, I led an offshore team. I know how to structure, mentor, and make decisions — without letting go of the keyboard.

3️⃣ Genuine sensitivity to critical environments

Defense, health, national heritage: I have worked on systems where bugs are costly and where delivery cannot afford approximations.
