Several e-commerce websites were developed and managed on the Salesforce platform (Commerce Cloud) for various clients in the e-commerce and luxury sectors, including Courir, Shiseido, NARS, Paco Rabanne, Nespresso, Caroll, and Morgan. My role as QA involved ensuring the functional quality of user journeys through the execution of functional tests, acceptance tests (UAT), and non-regression tests, as well as monitoring and managing defects.
