Mission 2: Proxy Product Owner

• Participate in the product vision while respecting the strategic thinking compatible with the SORTING IS roadmap;
• Participate in functional design workshops, with component partner POs, and with industrial equipment experts;
• Define, understand, and prioritize functional and technical user stories, maximizing business value;
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the backlog;
• Guarantee the application and updating of the DOR/DOD;
• Assist project team members by providing expertise on the functional solution;
• Define and plan product releases, organize acceptance testing and go-lives;
• Ensure the fulfillment of service commitments for the application scope;
• Analyze production incidents, prepare corrections, and write exceptional work requests for the operator;
• Participate in Program Increment Planning;
• Identify, alert, manage, or monitor risks;
• Manage and facilitate documentary spaces.

Mission 1: Business Analyst

• Write and review detailed functional specifications;
• Create activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and screen flow diagrams;
• Prepare qualification: implement test scenarios, create test data, and set up the qualification tool;
• Create unit tests based on business rules;
• Create graphical mockups for GUIs;

• Gather client needs for new projects or major redesigns;
• Identify processes that can be improved, analyze and consolidate requests for application maintenance or correction of the business information system;
• Measure the organizational and technological constraints of the company;
• Monitor the deployment of new applications to clients and coordinate relations with IT production teams;
• Supervise and coordinate the work of all internal and/or external stakeholders (service providers, subcontractors);
• Develop the client portfolio and partnerships (B2B);
• Negotiate and finalize deals.

• Define the project vision and plan short-term and long-term objectives in collaboration with management;
• Deploy the defined strategy;
• Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to evaluate and establish partnerships;
• Analyze the structure's and service's activity data and identify areas for development;
