Facilitation of detailed design workshops with stakeholders and IT project managers, and support for change management. Monitoring of budget elaboration process developments in the Tagetik EPM tool and contribution to the refinement of data entry forms. Finance IT selection support mission (BCA Expertise/ M-extend Clients). Facilitation of functional requirements gathering workshops (finance and procurement teams). Drafting of the consultation document and specifications. Analysis of integrator/editor offers. Gap analysis and change management support mission - Migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP 4/hana (Hopps Group Client). Business support in requirements gathering. Analysis of gaps between existing processes and the SAP4/HANA core model. Definition of the action plan for addressing gaps. Development of best practice guides for SAP S4/hana and user training. Contributions to insights: Mid Market Finance ERP Benchmark, Tax dematerialization tools, and pre-sales activities RFP/RFI and presentations.
