• Elaboration and challenging of the defined architecture

• Retrieval and formalization of information

• Participation in steering committees

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams (network, server, and cybersecurity teams) on the various topics to be addressed:

• Network architecture: IP ranges, VLANs, hardware to connect

• Cybersecurity: PKI and certificate management, PAM/Bastion…

• Lead progress meetings, monitor schedule coherence, present dashboards

• Define and manage the plan for monitoring physical risks (physical access to the data center) and IT risks (cybersecurity)

• Participate in the drafting of functional and technical specifications for cybersecurity solutions

• Support teams in carrying out their missions and ensure adherence to the agreed schedule

• Oversee all project follow-up and client interfaces (over thirty) as well as budget tracking
