Team Size: 6 people (project manager, 5 developers)

Missions:

Definition and formalization of the functional and application architecture for claims management and medical pricing platforms

Modeling of Business, Application, and Technology architectures using ArchiMate

Contribution to the definition of the target architecture in accordance with TOGAF Framework principles

Analysis and structuring of business requirements related to claims and retrocession processes

Redesign of business workflows (life and non-life claims, medical pricing) to optimize alignment between business processes and application systems

Participation in scoping workshops with stakeholders (business, IT, compliance) to define needs and target architecture

Definition of the data segregation strategy between the Claims and Retrocession domains

Contribution to architecture governance (architecture reviews, steering committee preparation)

Management of the Dow Jones solution migration for compliance services

Participation in UX workshops to ensure consistency between application architecture and user experience

Contribution to effort estimation and planning of Epocrates project milestones
