JAVA/SPRING/ANGULAR Preparation for CDA Title Bac+3/Bac+4 Preparation for DWWM/CDA Title Bac+2/Bac+3

🔹 Design a custom training program: Based on the operational needs of developers working on Airbus applications, particularly in partnership with Capgemini, I carried out the educational engineering of a training course by FMS, for FMS.

The first session, in 2022, took place in a blended format across two sites, with 12 participants, 10 of whom are still in their positions. The second session brought together 15 people across three sites. Today, we maintain a pace of one promotion per year, each time across multiple sites. This 12-month course alternates 6 months of training and 6 months of team integration.

🔹 Contribute to the launch of the company's CFA by managing administrative procedures and structuring the training program around the CDA title. This resulted in the creation of an 18-month training program, including onboarding onto SNCF projects.

Learners will now have time to specialize in a specific technical area, working on numerous projects. A long alternating phase will then consolidate their skills, leading to the obtention of the professional title, thus validating the course.

🔹 Identify and remove barriers that limit the efficiency and autonomy of developers, especially those with disabilities.

Back to basics with this new training preparing for the Bac+3/4 title "Application Designer Developer" around my favorite technologies: Java SE / Jakarta EE / Spring Boot / Hibernate.

1st Training for the DWWM title around technologies: Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Api Rest, Angular, Jwt

Second alternating training, the target audience has prerequisites: bac + 2 or equivalent

Indeed, while the initial step is to review the fundamentals of bac+2, the ultimate goal is twofold because for the most motivated, the bac+3 "Analyst Designer" is within reach with an added layer, particularly focused on DevOps.

To achieve this, all learners go through a common core represented by the NodeJs island and then respectively go to the island corresponding to their ecosystem used in the company: .Net, PHP, Node...

This is why I renamed this training "Archipelago"
