I assisted in a targeted mission to optimize their organic presence through three key levers: technical, semantic, and international netlinking.

I conducted a comprehensive SEO audit with structured and actionable deliverables, accompanied by a prioritized roadmap to maximize organic visibility and ROI. The mission also included SEO budget management and rigorous results tracking.

My role covered:

Defining performance KPIs

Setting up dedicated analytics tracking

Coordination with internal teams (tech, content, marketing)

Identifying SEO opportunities at local and international levels

Finally, I integrated new AI levers into the strategy, including LLM SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, and optimization for generative engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews).

I assisted in the complete redesign of their website, providing comprehensive expertise in technical, semantic, and netlinking aspects.

Interventions performed:

-Comprehensive SEO audit (technical, on-page, netlinking)

-Redesign of internal linking and Hn structures

-Optimization of editorial content with a conversational SEO approach

-Analysis and netlinking recommendations (backlink quality, acquisition opportunities)

-Implementation of SEO performance tracking (GSC, GA4)

-The objective was to prepare a solid SEO foundation before launch, while ensuring the continuity of organic traffic and gradual improvement of post-redesign visibility.

As the SEO expert for the Sonepar group, I assisted several entities within the group (OpCos) in implementing international SEO strategies, with a focus on scalability and performance.

My key actions:

• Multilingual semantic analysis (FR / EN) to identify content areas per market and align SEO priorities with business targets

• Industrialization of SEO content via ChatGPT, generating approximately 1.5 million optimized pages per OpCo, while maintaining a high level of editorial quality

• Technical SEO audits with task prioritization in direct collaboration with technical teams (Jira, Confluence)

• Continuous coordination with international Business Owners, ensuring local buy-in for global recommendations

• Prompt engineering to automate content production and improve team productivity

This mission helped strengthen organic visibility on a large scale while ensuring synergy between SEO, content, tech, and AI.
