- I provide my expertise for IoT and Data projects

- Pre-sales

- Leading a project to redesign a platform dedicated to processing data from electric vehicle charging stations (I am developing the entire Gateway part for preprocessing and scalability)

- Evaluation of proprietary IoT solutions (Thingsboard, Kuzzle)

- Writing technical white papers

Kesk'IA Consulting, is a consulting and engineering firm specializing in artificial intelligence (AI).

Kesk'IA Consulting's team of experts guides clients through digital transformation, enabling them to fully leverage their data and accelerate development through AI

My contribution involved:

- Define and scope a digitalization project for an automotive industry client

- Build an IT team from scratch to support project objectives.

- Architect and coordinate the development of new digital management tools and business process automation solutions.

- Manage a “move to cloud” project. Define a Landing zone and strategies, then applications migrations

- Build a global data project with a core DATALAKE component

The group EssiloLuxottica designs, produces and markets ophthalmic lenses, optical equipment, prescription glasses and sunglasses. It is the world leader for ophthalmic lenses and optical equipment.

The aim of my project has been to develop a “data hub” able to operate as a decoupling layer between multiple source systems and front-end destination. Then migrate several business data provider (ERPs) to a single one (SAP)

I am responsible to:

- Design the globale system architecture

- Coordinate and lead the developments of an international team members (Paris, Manilla and Italia)

- Advisor for global re-organisation considering all stakeholders: switchning from Scrum to Kanban workflow in some cases in order to order to make easier to identify bottlenecks in the process pipeline
