3 major steps in my journey

1. Development of a CRM application for Somfy (2005)

As a young PM, I took over a CRM project whose study phase had begun before my arrival. I decided to make it a real case study by re-examining the available elements to ensure that we were adhering to best practices. Thanks to my in-depth analysis, I was able to identify inconsistencies in budget estimates and technical specifications. I mobilized the resources at my disposal and, after convincing management and the client, we adjusted the project to deliver an application that met expectations.

2. Management of infrastructure projects at Volvo Trucks

I was able to explore infrastructure project management in a rigorous and methodical environment. This experience allowed me to broaden my skills, while confronting complex projects and a demanding organization. The trust of the teams and the various entities with which I collaborated allowed me to demonstrate my adaptability and my team spirit. The complexity of the projects, combined with the organizational challenges, was a powerful driver of personal and professional growth.

3. Founder of ARLynk

This experience immersed me in the fascinating world of startups. This human adventure was marked by unexpected encounters and challenges. Thanks to my project management expertise, I was able to structure the company and the team, moving from the launch phase to commercialization. I had to adapt to a clientele and issues far removed from my initial environment, which allowed me to step out of my comfort zone.
