● Provide Level 1 to 3 support for COMET and DRACCAR applications dedicated to collateral management, ensuring the rapid and effective resolution of technical and functional incidents affecting Middle Office users.

● Investigate technical (data flows, interfaces, applications) and functional (collateral management, reporting, reconciliations, etc.) production incidents, ensuring their analysis, resolution, and documentation.

● Monitor the daily smooth operation of application processes (batch, integrations, file transfers, data synchronizations) and ensure production stability through monitoring, alerting, and automated scripting tools.

● Configure and administer the Control-M scheduling tool to ensure the execution and monitoring of planned processes.

● Lead incident and problem review meetings with IT teams and business users, while ensuring proactive communication on the progress of corrective actions.

● Collect, formalize, and communicate business needs to technical teams to ensure adequate consideration of functional and technical evolutions.

● Continuously improve support and operational processes to enhance operational efficiency (documentation, daily checks, SLA definition, reporting, and service indicator monitoring).

● Develop and optimize data flow and process monitoring tools to improve proactive anomaly detection and service quality.

● Participate in testing, UAT, integration, deployment, and production phases of new features.

● Participate in CI/CD chain management (maintenance, continuous improvement of pipelines), in collaboration with development teams.

● Ensure the deployment and configuration of KYC/AML and TFS components to guarantee their proper functioning and meet specific client needs.

● Design and implement TALEND / Nifi jobs to synchronize data between banking systems and Reis Compliance Suite, thus ensuring data consistency.

● Create clear and precise reports with JASPERREPORT to aid decision-making, taking into account specific client reporting needs.

● Provide quality technical support in case of problems or incidents encountered by the client after production deployment, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.

● Lead workshops to gather client needs and formalize their requirements.

● Lead technical scoping workshops.

● Write detailed functional and technical specifications.

● Configure software platforms and implement agreed-upon requirements.

● Support the development team and ensure the quality of deliverables through internal testing.

● Train users and administrators by preparing materials and conducting training sessions.
