- Accompany and advise on cloud architecture for platform users and projects:

- In support of functional / technical and system architecture teams.

- Across all project phases (Dev To Prod) but particularly upstream (Scoping / On-boarding to the cloud / Eligibility / HLD Design).

- Ensure and promote compliance with cloud rules and best practices.

- Monitoring of remediation plans.

- Provide Level 3 support if necessary for problems encountered by projects.

- Lead cross-project remediation actions.

VMware Trainer.

Member of the CIT (Complex Issue Team): management and resolution of complex problems not solved by Level 1.

Trainer: training NEW-HIRE groups on the ISS part.

System administration of machines hosted in the local lab.

Technical support and consulting for HP ProLiant ML, DL, SL, and Blade servers. Installation, integration, configuration, and management of virtualised environments (Citrix VMware).
