Product: Optimize and guarantee the on-board and off-board operational quality of connected vehicle IoT services and their synchronization with the mobile application during the migration of the entire ecosystem from Azure to GCP.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, improve, and continuously ensure service quality (KPIs, corrective action plans) in a context of international group transformation.

Supervision of ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management. Leadership of onshore/offshore support teams.

Design and implementation of performance reporting and dashboards.

Coordination and management of operational teams.

Definition of technical solutions evolution needs (on-board / off-board). Data analysis and preparation for production releases and change support.

Contribution to the resilience and performance improvement strategy of Redbend, Azure, and GCP platforms.

Migration of the MS Azure gateway to GCP Aeris and migration of Redbend MS Azure to GCP.

Support factories in VIN switching through validation of industrial tests and finally proceed to the total migration phase.

Crisis management and continuous improvement action plan with resolution of K1, K2, and K3 alerts. End-to-end technical & functional project documentation.

Implementation of new dashboards on incident tracking tools as well as risk and dependency reporting to management.

Supervision and monitoring of various transverse flows from production to VIN delivery.

Product 1: Redesign of a front-end application used by drivers

Responsibilities: Framing of needs, supervision of functional and technical analysis with a BA and a TL. Interfacing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams (UI/UX, BA, QA, front-end developers, application manager, SysOps, CRC) for the redesign. Proposal of new business processes with the delivery team. Owning a technical-functional roadmap and managing the development phases of various needs up to acceptance.

Product 2: Transverse CRM feeding internal and external digital solutions (intranet, mobile and web applications for taxi ordering).

Responsibilities: Framing of transverse functionalities across different departments. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams for dependency management and deliverable synchronization. Implementation of an API-oriented backend solution for the 2024 Olympic Games. Performance analysis via Datadog to optimize calls and reduce response times between services. Supervision of testing phases in collaboration with the QA team to ensure deliverable quality (functional tests, integration tests). Validation of developments before production. Production monitoring: anomaly management, level 1 and 2 support, critical incident resolution. Active participation in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, refinements).
