AMOA – Referent & Manager of Finance IT Applications

Cross-functional mission within the IT department of Certinergy, a major player in energy efficiency in France, specializing in the valorization of Energy Saving Certificates (CEE). This scheme, established by the State, encourages companies and individuals to carry out work that reduces their energy consumption in exchange for tradable certificates. Certinergy supports its clients from audit to implementation to optimize their projects and maximize the valorization of CEE. Involvement in a scope covering financial applications and internal project management tools.

Managed Applications:

- Salesforce (CRM)

- EBP, SAGE, STRATOW: financial applications (accounting entry management, invoicing, cash receipts/disbursements)

- Planview: project management tool (tracking of work carried out by the company, configuration according to business needs)

- 4D and CERTISHARE: operational applications related to CEE files (Energy Saving Certificates)

Main Activities:

- Functional administration of financial and project tools

- Application maintenance (RUN) & coordination of Build topics

- Monitoring of inter-application synchronizations (e.g., Planview Salesforce)

- Analysis and resolution of incidents (EBP in particular)

- Writing JIRA tickets for bugs and enhancements

- Writing functional specifications (via JIRA, COPPROJ workshops)

- AMOA for 4D & Certishare: functional support, business support, prioritization of requests

- Facilitating business workshops with teams based in Angers (regular travel)

- Contribution to the SPHYNX project: AS-IS / TO-BE scoping, workshop facilitation, functional and technical mapping, writing specifications

Business Analyst for several projects. Within the IT department (application operations division), the goal is to ensure the operational maintenance of IT applications. Scope: E-commerce Tasks:

• Propose corrective action plans, in collaboration with other DOO teams

• Writing detailed functional specifications for corrections/enhancements

• Gathering needs from different business departments (Customer service for the 4 brands, reimbursement service, accounting service) / interface with project managers (digital division – E-commerce) through business workshops

• Assisting users in the use of applications (Salesforce – Postman – Manhattan – Crossdesk)

• Documenting and evolving operating procedures

• Ensuring the proper functioning of IT tools

• Using the Jira ticketing tool for various issues

• SQL querying / optimization of SQL queries for mass order unblocking in the E-commerce part

• Launching various batches on the VTOM scheduler for daily tasks (production environments)

• Facilitating meetings with project managers,

• Manual management of the import or not of a new stock photo

• Launching a manual process in case of a new stock photo

• Access requests for users on both applications

• Weekly meeting with the finance team to present requested enhancements and discuss points raised.

• Creation of Jira tickets for enhancements requested by Finance and Marketing

• Testing enhancements in the testing environment and giving the go-ahead to the development team
