Technical Context:

Collect, normalize, enrich, and analyze data using an ETL in C# developed from scratch and job scheduling with Control-M.

Several different data sources: CFT (XML, JSON, CSV), MS-SQL, SYBASE-IQ,

WebSphere MQ Queue, Hadoop Hive, WCF API, and REST API.

Database layer: SAP IQ, MSSQL, SSAS (multidim/tabular).

Reporting layer: SAP BO and PowerBI service.

CI/CD: Azure DevOps, XL Deploy, and XL Release.

Business Context:

INDIXIS is the commercial infocenter. It tracks the BGC (Corporate Banking) commercial activity in the Global Market domain: Commodities,

Equity, Forex, and Structured/Derivative Products.

The infocenter primarily measures 5 themes:

- Commercial Performance: Broken down into a customer part (CC) and a salesperson part

(SC).

- Hit Ratio: Electronic price requests, retrieved from platforms.

- Treasury: Calculated based on operations performed by Global Market.

- CRM: Meeting data, contacts, etc., provided by the NAT1 CRM (Salesforce).

- CPN1 (Regulatory): Post-trade, to raise Front alerts.

INDIXIS is connected to numerous repositories and applications to provide different data analysis perspectives to users.

Main tasks performed:

- Technical and functional analysis and flow design.

- Audit, maintenance, and construction of new flows.

- Drafting of technical documentation and procedures.

- Participation in defining the test plan.

- Creation of changes on SERVICE NOW for prioritization, tracking, process compliance, and deployment communication.

- Evolution of SSAS cubes (Tabular/Multidimensional).

- Execution of the DRP plan on MS SQL Server and MS SQL Analysis services.

- On-call intervention for service continuity.

- Processing of business requests.

- Processing of support requests.

- Investigation and resolution of production incidents.

Technical Context: Microsoft MSBI technology stack in on-premises infrastructure.

Business Context: The infocenter project is a cross-functional project with the product being a decision support tool for managers and accountants of the regional banks of the CIBTP network.

It is part of the suite of solutions developed by the Union des caisses de France CIBTP

called SIRIUS.

Main tasks performed:

- Translate and anticipate user needs, conduct needs assessment and scoping.

- Modeling, administration, and maintenance on Microsoft SQL Server.

- Development of SSIS packages (ingestion, preparation, and transformation) to populate data warehouses.

- Design and development of Microsoft Tabular data warehouses for high-performance queries (Vertipaq engine data structure loaded into RAM)

- Daily monitoring of the production plan

- Development of measures for Microsoft Tabular data warehouses using DAX language.

- Design, development, and optimization of the PowerShell project module for generating the project version package.

- Implementation of CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps

- Deposit of the deployment artifact in the SIRIUS solution Forge.

- Responsible for environment promotion and go-live.
