Development of new features and evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing features for the two key technical systems, SPEED & SEGA. These systems are part of a set of over 80 internal and external technical systems that interact with each other via web services. SPEED and SEGA address Bouygues' core telecom business. SPEED is a workflow that manages deployment projects from contract signing to final customer solution acceptance. SEGA is dedicated to managing the deployment of a link (telephone line), managing a link access, and ensuring that a link is active at the end.

Mission:

• Optimization, maintenance, and evolution of critical databases, with strong interaction with the Exadata infrastructure.

• Optimization and redesign of resource-intensive PL/SQL processes (execution plan analysis, profiling, PL/SQL tuning).

• Participation in requirements review meetings with POs and MOAs.

• Participation in design and estimation phases.

• Participation in integrated evolutions within sprints.

• Analysis and development of new Bouygues Telecom Entreprise (BTE) internal features and applications in both SPEED and SEGA tools.

• Performing unit tests to validate features.

• Participation in the analysis and handling of critical production tickets with the RUN team through interventions and PL/SQL code corrections.

• Monitoring of SPEED and SEGA software web services and jobs.

• Development of PL/SQL objects and scripts: packages, stored procedures, views, and jobs.

Project: Development of specific modules and evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing modules for the insurance software CIRIS IARD for insurance companies: AXA GULF, AXA Egypt, AXA KSA, TALA (Algeria). CIRIS IARD addresses the core business of an I.A.R.D. (Fire, Accidents, and Various Risks) Insurance Company and manages its entire information system (Quotes, Policies and Endorsements, Billing and Premium Collection, Co-insurance and Reinsurance, Claims, Accounting, and Statistics).

• Analysis and development of new specific modules and response to new customer requirements.

• Analysis and correction of anomalies reported by clients submitted as tickets.

• Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing business applications.

• Handling of evolution requests.

• Performing unit tests.

• Maintenance of existing packages: correction of stored procedures and addition of new procedures.
