During my assignment at Monoprix, my main objective was to rethink and automate the tracking of supplier penalties by leveraging Excel and VBA functionalities. Additionally, I was responsible for providing precise bi-monthly reports to the Management Committee via Power BI and implementing automated monitoring of standards, enriched by AI analysis. Here are the details of my achievements:

1.Redesign of Supplier Penalty Tracking:

- Redevelopment of the supplier penalty tracking Excel file, making data management more structured and accessible.

- Creation of an interactive Excel dashboard with editing buttons for intuitive use and easy navigation.

2.Automation via VBA:

- VBA scripting to automate various workflows, thereby minimizing time spent on repetitive tasks and reducing the chances of human error.

- Establishment of an automated data update system from specific documents, ensuring real-time synchronization and information accuracy.

3.Bi-Monthly Reporting:

- Development and presentation of bi-monthly reports to the Management Committee via Power BI, allowing for clear visualization and precise tracking of supplier penalties.

4.Automated Monitoring and AI Analysis:

- Implementation of automated monitoring of standards, with a system that retrieves information from newsletters and specific websites.

- Use of Open AI to summarize and tag the retrieved standards with relevant keywords, facilitating understanding and quick access to crucial information.

5.Tools & Technologies Used:

- Excel and VBA for data management and workflow automation.

- Power BI for creating and presenting bi-monthly reports.

- Open AI for intelligent analysis and tagging of retrieved standards.

My time at Monoprix was a rewarding opportunity to demonstrate my ability to automate complex processes, provide valuable insights through well-structured reports, and integrate artificial intelligence into standards monitoring, thus contributing to more efficient and informed supplier relationship management.

At Sensass France, I was responsible for designing and developing a complete web platform for booking drivers for specific trips. I chose to use Bubble for the creation of the website, which is divided into several functional segments for different users: clients, drivers, and administrators. Here are the details of the achievements and technologies used during this mission:

1.Design and Development of the Web Platform:

- Creation of an application site allowing clients to book drivers for travel from point A to point B.

- Development of intuitive user interfaces for an optimal customer experience, and to facilitate trip management for drivers and administrators.

2.Key Features:

-For Clients:Trip history, invoice access, and profile management.

-For Drivers:View of assigned trips, availability management.

-For Administrators:Global trip management, dispatching, and platform activity monitoring.

3.Automation and Workflows:

- Implementation of multiple workflows using webhooks to trigger automations via n8n, thereby increasing operational efficiency.

- API connections to integrate various functionalities and retrieve necessary information for the platform's optimal operation.

4.Monitoring Dashboard:

- Creation of a dashboard on Google Data Studio for trip monitoring and revenue analysis, updated four times a day.

- Aggregation of data from the website and our service providers' accounts via API calls, allowing for in-depth, real-time analysis of operations.

5.Automatic Invoice Generation:

- Development of a workflow under Apps Script to automatically generate invoices and trip details for our service providers, thus simplifying administrative and financial management.

This project highlighted my ability to create complete and automated solutions to meet the specific needs of a demanding client. The judicious use of technologies like Bubble, n8n, Google Data Studio, and Apps Script was crucial to the success of this mission, demonstrating my expertise in web development, automation, and project management.

During my tenure at Comitel, my primary responsibility was to restructure and organize the company by deploying open-source ERP and CRM solutions. This mission required in-depth expertise in automation to standardize and streamline HR and commercial documents, enabling a smoother workflow and optimized resource management.

-Deployment of an Open-Source ERP and CRM:Implementation of automated solutions via Make, facilitating data management and improving inter-departmental coordination.

-Creation of Automated Procedures:Standardization of HR and commercial documents through automated processes, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency.

-Management of Large-Scale Projects:Led the installation of electrical packages for the construction of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Rabat and renovation of the lighting for the Tanger City Center shopping mall, demonstrating my ability to manage complex projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

-Effective Response to Tenders:Active participation in tenders for major electrical projects, showcasing my skills in business negotiation and client relationship management.

-Automation:Expertise in Apps Script for developing automated solutions, thereby improving process efficiency.

This experience at Comitel was a significant opportunity to apply and deepen my skills in automation, project management, and client relations, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
