Understand the functional and technical context of the AI mobile application.

Ensure adherence to Scrum rituals.

Collaborate with the Product Owner and ensure the team's understanding of the product vision.

Anticipate and help resolve blocking obstacles.

Define management indicators and track project schedules (quality/cost/deadlines/risks).

Ensure capitalization of references, know-how, and best practices.

Support the RTE in preparing and facilitating PI Planning.

Accompany the team members' progress and ensure their development in the best possible conditions.

Implementation of performance and quality indicators on the Oracle Responsys ERP (SaaS).

Build the daily weather report containing data freshness, application status, and delivery rates.

Manage the incident and problem management process.

Send communication emails (Deployment Start/End, Service Stop/Restart).

Ensure smooth communication between support teams and marketers.

Lead remediation and continuous improvement plans.

Ensure compliance with the SLA established between the management and the integrator.

Supervise the flows between different application components.

Prepare PI Planning with the RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, Tech Lead.

Team Lead (3 consultants).

Educate and support the client and developers in adopting agile principles.

Ensure the implementation and proper execution of ceremonies (Daily Scrum meeting, sprint planning meeting, and sprint retrospective) as well as sprint indicators and reviews.

Identify obstacles encountered by the team and ensure they are eliminated.

Support the Product Owner in setting up and maintaining the product backlog.

Facilitate workshops using Agile formats (story mapping, release planning, etc.).

Communicate progress during Sprint N to anticipate Sprint N + 1.

Actively participate in team member selection.

Define the role and objectives of each project team member.
