• Coordinate an Agile project: Participate in the coordination of BI projects with 3 members of senior management, the IT department, and managers from each department on the creation of activity indicators.

• Analyze and present data in Power BI: Retrieve data after a migration and create relevant indicators. Build data modeling and dashboards for senior management.

• Train teams and top management: Train top management on advanced Power BI Desktop functions to be autonomous in activity monitoring. Senior management saves 45 minutes thanks to Power BI indicators, and the sales department saves 2 days on certain reports.

Define and implement objectives, and optimize information system procedures.

• Analyze and present data in Power BI: Extract data from Zoho CRM, Excel, SQL Server Analysis, and build reports for sales tracking, financial monitoring, and human resource management. Publish corporate reports on Power BI Service and transmit them to private investors.

• Communicate and lead meetings: Convey the mindset of the car concierge concept to the teams through weekly meetings of less than 15 minutes. Write meeting minutes and ensure that defined actions are properly applied to customers.

• Analyze and present data in Power BI: Extract accommodation data from the PMS and restaurant data from the point-of-sale software. Create indicators and forecasts with an average deviation rate of Budget vs. actual below 8.7%.

• Gather needs and provide solutions: Propose solutions to information transmission issues in group management (Excel logbook - Outlook calendar).

• Train teams and top management: Train teams on automated tools in Excel-VBA. The control of the customer outstanding for a 127-room hotel went from 1 hour 30 minutes to 15 minutes, a time saving of 83%.
