About Mlci

I founded my independent secretarial company five years ago with the mission to serve several companies. After moving to the Southwest, I took a new turn by becoming an administrative management consultant. Many people master their know-how but struggle to manage their business.

What initially motivated me to start was my experience within two companies that offered me unique opportunities. These experiences convinced me of my abilities.

The first company, specializing in transport, was overwhelmed by the management of its administration and accounting. Bringing everything up to date and reorganizing the whole was a real challenge that I took on with pleasure. Autonomy was essential, and I appreciated this freedom. My employer was impressed by my ability to take initiative.

The second company, in the technical inspection sector, had just created a new position within the inspection department following a takeover. The challenges related to the creation of this position were stimulating. Together, we set up the organization from scratch, as no one knew how to proceed.

These experiences allowed me to discover a world that was unknown to me until then and that I am passionate about. I realize that this work offers me the opportunity to push myself in sometimes unprecedented situations, like receiving a year's worth of expense reports in a shoebox!
