I am a graduate computer scientist (univ.) with a scientific-technical background and have a natural interest in identifying the essential parameters in complex and opaque situations. Whether technical or socio-technical in nature. I use this interest for you.

My work is characterized by a strongly analytical-structured way of thinking and acting. This enables me to maintain focus on the essential in complex contexts and problem situations. Recognizing the actual causes often represents a large part of the solution.

I essentially rely on three pillars:

1. Peer level, confidentiality and teamwork: Together with you and your team, we identify the core problem. I rely on your knowledge and expertise to find the problem(s) together.

2. External perspective: Internal structures can lead to a certain "tunnel vision". As an external analyst, I bring my own and a different perspective that allows me to objectively name even unpleasant or overlooked causes.

3. Root cause analysis as the core goal: My focus is on uncovering the actual causes. Further solution development is optional and depends on the identified causes. If they are within my area of expertise, solution development and implementation can be agreed upon. Otherwise, I will support you in identifying suitable experts.
