As the Chapter Lead in Berlin for This is HCD movement I have the opportunity to work with the local team on capturing a representative voice of the industry by sharing a vision and understanding between the people who contribute to the creation of services in the world, towards the education and empowerment of people about the craft of human-centred thinking and doing.
