Miroslaw Debniewski

I am a reliable and hard-working lawyer with over 20 years of multijurisdictional legal work experience, and since 2018, I have been the owner of a solo law firm registered in the European Union (Sweden). Currently, I concentrate my legal practice on business contract law and business contract-related dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), and to some degree on data protection and intellectual property matters that are frequently areas of concern of IT business clients I assist.

My previous on-site work experience includes law firms, the judiciary, and legal academia (law lecturer, researcher). I obtained my qualifications and work experience (on-site and remote) in a few countries.

I earned a specialized law degree (LLM) in international arbitration from the oldest Scandinavian law school and one of the best universities in the world. Considering my extensive experience in the judiciary and previous long full-time work as a judge trainee, depending on the nature of a specific case, I can offer legal assistance not only as a legal advisor or paralegal but also as an arbitrator.

I have experience with laws of the following jurisdictions: Sweden, the Netherlands, the United States (federal and state laws, especially Florida, California, New York, and Texas), the United Kingdom (mostly English contract and corporate law), a lot of experience with various laws of Poland, some experience with Ireland and Australia. I have also experience with international trade and investment law.

I can draft, assist and negotiate various contracts, corporate and transactional documents/agreements.
