After actively supporting pixx.io as Interim Head of People & Culture for 1.5 years, recruiting and training the (Junior) People & Culture Manager, and completing numerous projects, I have taken on a consulting role since 2023, supporting strategic decisions, operatively participating in selected projects, and conducting workshops (interview training, leadership training). In 2024, I also assisted with the parental leave cover for the People & Culture Manager, adapting the feedback system and recruiting working students for the sales department. We are currently looking for a Frontend Developer.

Aug 21 - Dec 22:
I advised the founders of pixx.io on all talent, people, and culture matters. Together with Richard (CEO), I built an internal People & Culture department. This included creating processes and structures in administration, personnel development, employer branding, and recruiting. Since January 2022, I have also trained a new employee for my department, who is now responsible for it.
