I also contribute to cross-selling and upselling opportunities, as well as customer retention. My goal is to demonstrably grow and accelerate the sales funnel, thereby creating more sales opportunities and increasing customer value within KPN's IoT domain.

Responsible for the strategic setup, design, and sending of direct mails and newsletters via Copernica, with the aim of increasing engagement, conversion, and customer retention. Continuously analyzes and optimizes the technical email marketing environment, including databases, segmentation, and deliverability, in close collaboration with Synergy as the CRM system. Automates email marketing processes and customer journeys based on data and behavior, making campaigns scalable, more relevant, and demonstrably more effective.

At the Postcode Loterij, I design and optimize recruitment emails that look sharp on every device. It's not just about the visual aspect, but also about exciting recipients to play for the best prizes. I put this into practice daily with HTML and CSS in Marigold Engage.
