• Internal activities: Team lead for the focus topic Instant Payments Regulation (IPR) with e-money institutions with 4 employees (new service offering), development of an IP Readiness Check for the implementation of IPR, giving expert interviews, writing expert articles, mentoring and technical responsibility for 2 senior consultants, recruiting (internal), project acquisition and creation of proposals.

• Subject matter expert for the savings bank sector for the implementation of various topics in Release 25.1 in cross-border payments – Business Analyst for the MX Migration and the introduction of Instant Payments in Switzerland.

• Subject matter expert and sparring partner for a project manager of a large foreign private bank for the implementation of IPR – responsibility for the Verification of Payee workstream and project management activities.

• Project manager for a small private bank with the goal of migrating all payment transactions (Instant Payments, cross-border payments, and SEPA) to a new service provider for cost and efficiency reasons – conducting a feasibility study, project management, and technical sparring partner for the payment team lead of the private bank, preparation and execution of steering committee meetings with the entire board of directors.

• Owner of the Japanese fast-casual restaurant DODO RAMEN and the Vietnamese/Japanese restaurant An Choi with an annual turnover of over 1.5 million Euros.

• Responsible for concept, marketing, accounting, and personnel (over 20 employees).

• Internal activities: Internal M&A for the group, development of Payments Service Offering, further development of M&A Service Offering, team lead for the update of Ginkgo's Service Offerings (5 employees), recruiting (internal), project acquisition and creation of proposals.

• Consulting support for a team lead from the automotive industry for topics of Customer Journey and IT Integration between parent company and FS (USA).

• Creation of a concept draft for In-Car-Payments and Service Bundling for an automotive group (USA, Germany).

• Development of a specialist dealer system strategy for harmonizing existing processes and governance for an industrial company (Hybrid, Germany).

• Validation of a concept for replacing an outdated technology in the aftersales sector of an automotive group.
