Milou Hoozemans

After my assignment at TriGlobal and a short break, I started as a freelancer to gain more experience outside of in-house roles! I love variety, so with different clients and my diverse skillset, I enjoy working on all sorts of projects!

In this role, I am responsible for conducting user research and implementing design thinking within the organization, discovering and establishing the brand identity, and creating a matching, new corporate identity. Testing the new corporate identity with the target audience and the final translation of the brand into a complete design system for Sirelo's various websites and domains also falls within my responsibilities, giving me significant impact both strategically and executively in this role.

At the beginning of 2023, I had the opportunity to take a leading role as Brand Manager for the entire brand experience of Plantsome! In this capacity, I was responsible for the look and feel, tone of voice, design, and conceptualization of campaigns, and the creative direction of the brand.
